1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using YT-DFY ("the Service") at yt-dfy.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YT-DFY provides AI-powered YouTube content optimization tools, including but not limited to title optimization, tag generation, thumbnail analysis, and keyword research. The Service is available through free and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis via Razorpay.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
  • Abuse API limits or automate access beyond intended usage.
  • Upload malicious content or spam.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

6. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create, optimize, or publish using our tools. YT-DFY does not review, endorse, or take responsibility for user-generated content. Ensure your content complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

7. No Guarantees

YT-DFY provides AI-powered suggestions and optimizations. We do not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to YouTube rankings, views, subscribers, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YT-DFY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
